Thanks for choosing The Physio Box to guide your rehabilitation and get you back to your best. We value your custom and want you to get the most out of working with us. Please see below our terms of service so you know exactly what you can expect.
TPB requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for the cancellation/rearrangement of sessions.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours will be charged at full price.
All purchases are final and non-refundable.
All physiotherapy/rehabilitation sessions last 45 mins in duration.
All individual physiotherapy/rehabilitation sessions are charged at the rate of £60.
Physiotherapy/rehabilitation block booking are available at the rate of 5 for £250 or 10 for £450.
Sports massage sessions are charged at £30 for 30 mins and £50 for 1 hour.
All sessions are payable by cash or card only.
TPB will sometimes need to keep notes relating to your personal data, medical history, and current treatment/training plan. These notes will be stored securely, kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party without your prior consent.
TPB strictly abides by and adheres to the GDPR 2018, which sets out rules for the processing of personal information and applies to all manual and electronic records.
Occasionally TPB might request to use images and/or videos of you working with our clinicians for the purposes of marketing.
You have the legal right to access information held about you by TPB, should you wish to obtain this information, please contact us directly by email at thephysioboxenquiries@outlook.com to request a copy of your records.
Invoices for treatment can be provided free of charge.
